Porting C-language embedded source code to full Model-Based Software  

The Challenge

  • Upgrade a large C-language based machine control system to a flexible, hardware independent environment to accelerate future development.   

The Solution

  • Convert C-language embedded source code into Matlab/Simulink and Stateflow.
  • Verify the designs against plant models. 
  • Automatically generate code for Embedded PC deployment (Beckhoff target).

The Results
